With our vast experience in dry well installation, you can be assured your drywell system will be installed with high quality components and with an attention to detail during construction.

All aspects of dry well excavation and drywell construction are important - including drilling the hole, the aggregate placement and assembling the precast concrete components.  Safety is a top priority, due to the unique conditions of these excavations. We've developed techniques that mitigate hazards, while actually increasing the quality of the dry well.

We install drywells to take care of your storm water drainage needs throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. We drill storm water dry wells according to the details specified on your grading and drainage plans. We also repair and provide dry well cleaning services.

Are you a home owner looking to drain the water from your retention basins after a storm? Are you an HOA looking for drywell maintenance? Look no further. We install, maintain and repair dry wells for homeowners and condo communities.

It is the goal of Long Island Lumberjack to provide quality and timely dry well excavation services with an unwavering commitment to value people and relationships, honesty and integrity, hard work and customer communication.

A commercial dry well is just a well that is used to transmit large amounts of surface water underground and is deeper than its width at the surface. Most dry wells are 30 to 70 feet deep and 3 feet wide at the surface. They are lined with perforated casings and can be filled with gravel or rock or left empty.

Today, dry wells usually include some form of pretreatment to remove oil, particles and associated contaminants, reducing the risk of clogging the wells and of transporting contaminants underground.
