As a property owner, you're responsible for maintaining your sanitary service connection from the building drain(s) to the property line.

Most modern homes have sewer line systems installed when they're first built.  Installed sewer systems gradually deteriorate due to soil changes, frost and ground water among other factors. Performing a sewer line replacement is not overly expensive when the lines are already in place.

However, some homes were built without a sewer system and depend on a septic system. Installing a sewer system to replace the septic system can cost more in labor. Upgrading to bypass your septic system with a proper sewer system is still worth the investment for most people.

The most common issues we see with water lines include:

  • Cracked/damaged pipes
  • Blockages from organic matter buildup or a foreign object.
  • Old pipes that show signs of corrosion
  • Damage caused by elements in the soil, like roots or storm damage.

Our excavators have seen it all when it comes to water line installation and water line repair. Traditionally, many of these fixes require the use of powerful equipment. Depending on the specifics of the job, we may use a backhoe or a trenching tool to gain access to the pipes.

We also have a 'Ditch Witch' to minimize damage to landscaping and the surrounding environment. However we need to gain access to your damaged water main pipe, we get it fixed.
